Governance Concerns

The rights and responsibilities of a company’s management, board and shareholders are considered. For instance, you may not like the company’s management structure, employee relations and/or executive compensation. If so, we exclude the company.

UPMIFA Adherence

The Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA) provides guidance on investment decisions and endowment expenditures for Non-Profit and Charitable organizations. We adhere to the many UPMIFA standards of prudence in acting as a fiduciary for our clients.This fiduciary responsibility is especially important for Non-Profit and Charitable organizations. Both the organization and its Board members benefit from the legal and ethical protection of engaging a Registered Investment Advisor to maintain its assets at a sustainable level.
