The annual portfolio management fees are as follows:

Tiered Fee Schedule

• 1.125% on amounts from $200,000 to $1,000,000
• 1.000% on the next $4,000,000
• 0.875% on incremental amounts above $5,000,000

The management fees will be computed on a pro-rata quarterly basis and payable on the first day of the first, fourth, seventh and tenth month of the management year.

The management fees will commence upon the day the account is set up at the custodian, funded, ready for trading and under the limited discretion of TriVant Custom Portfolio Group, LLC.

In the event the client terminates, management fees will be computed up to the date of termination.
